I read some where the lifetime of the tritium lume is about 12 years. So if this claim is true, then i would say the dial is re-lumed professionally.

the WOG-marking is not a huge issue, as it' s close to the cut off period in '67; just interesting to see that transition, don't remember seeing that before.

have more of an issue w/ the (assumed) relume, although it is excellent

we would need hi res pics to say more
