Two questions regarding the overhaul service to BUSA:

1. If I'm sending in a watch for service, do I send in both straps I have for the watch?

2. Should I include a note with specific issues I'm having with the watch, or will they figure everything out themselves?

Thanks!

1) No

2) Never hurts to tell them of anything specific.

Only send the strap if you want them to polish the buckle.

If one 'strap' is a bracelet then yes, it will come back looking like new. You can identify any issues to assist but Breitling will make it's own assessment of the issues.
