Hi all,

I bought the last B55 EXOSPACE. Great watch with the new SQ manufacture caliber.
After one week, i've got some issues with it.

Second hand not aligned with the index
1x dead pixel on LCD.

Took 2 weeks to return the watch at the SAV center. Breitling made a switch with a brand new one.
Today i received it. So happy, i run at the post. After an fast looking at this new exospace in my car, everything is all right with the second hand and digital indicators.

But at home :
On the left side -> brossed titanium is not egal ; same on the right under the crown.

I received my new watch on it's old blue strap with deployant clasp. Old AC power, connectors. During the switch with the new the watch was little scratched.
My AD keep for him the new strap + deployant + AC power..

Just boring, i just mailed Breitling about it. Waiting again for news..
Like the B50, don't buy this new B55 EXOSPACE atm, wait a few moment.

Sorry to hear of your problems, but unfortunately it's not the first issue we've heard with that model. :( Seems there are still a few teething problems at the moment.

With regards to the strap, the exchange was probably just for the watch head (as that was the part with the issue) not the strap as well. The replacement watch head was probably supplied to the AD without a strap, so while it would've been nice to get a full brand new watch, the replacement was probably for the head only.

Certainly not good though if the AD managed to scratch the new watch by mounting the strap! That's a fundamental mistake to make, and one that you should quite rightly go back to them about.

Sorry to hear your problems.
My B50 Night Mission has been very reliable so far and I suspect there are many happy B50/55 owners out there.

Yours is the first complaint I see about a B55 Exospace. Where are you located? Have photos to share?

Thank you for the photos. The misaligned seconds hand is something I have seen in videos of the B55. Hope everything gets sorted to your satisfaction and bienvenue!
