I love Subs and Seadwellers but I do not own one. My question is do they make a model that has a flat black matte bezel insert?

If you want matte black, maybe look at the Tudor Pelagos. Otherwise if you're set on a Sub or SD, you can look at the older models with the aluminum bezels.
