Hi,

In my search for a Top Time, I came across this ref 1191. I would appreciated any insight and member expert opinion. They are asking $2,500. Here are some pictures.

there is no "TopTime 1191", watch is franken.
dial started it's life in a TT ref. 2000 or 2003.
