Hi does anybody know how the new colt compares to the quality of the steelfish? looking at the fish the domed glass looks much more substantial but i really like the look of the pro 3 bracelet compared to the pro 2

I think the Steelfish was made to occupy a higher tier level in the Breitling Lineup compared to the Colt, which seems made to be entry level.

That being said, the Colt being a Breitling and therefore isnt a slouch in terms of quality or detailing, i would go with which overall looks better to you as AFAIK the dimensions of both watches are similar (the Steelfish is probably a touch thicker as its meant to have more WR), and the newer Colts have some design cues similar to the old Steelfish (similar numbers as well as Concentric circles)

I have the Colt A17388 with the Pro 3 bracelet. The quality is outstanding. I've had it now for 14 months and wear it 4 days a week in rotation with my Submariner.
As per the comparison to the Steelfish, I do not know. But I wouldn't hesitate to buy the Colt again, entry level Breitling or not.

Yes the Colt is a much better Watch than the Submariner, hence I can totally understand why it gets worn the greater part of the week!

Haha I wouldn't quite say it's a much better watch but the quality is definitely there, especially when you compare pricing!
