In my case I just bought broken watch and according to EU regulations it must be replaced.
Anyway chronomat now is in service.
I guess every person buying new thing is not expecting to bring it straight to the service from the shop.
I fully agree about service but all of us human beings and of cause I was not happy.
Hope I will get the watch repaired soon.....
Yes I totally agree with this, they should have it where if its within a month of purchasing and its broken, you should be able to return and just get a brand new watch. Going from the AD to the service centre is just BS.
