Hi' yes it is very common with breitlings. I don't know why this should be, omega or rolex virtually never have this problem but I noticed it on numerous breitlings even my own breitling is like yours about 1 mm off. I know it doe's not sound like much but the human eye can spot this instantly especially if you are anal/OCD like me. Also it has nothing to do with the click spring been there done that it has something to do with the diameter and the measurement of increments fitting the inner bezel ring. The way I fixed it was to remove the bezel and take off all the rider tabs and move the bezel about until you find a more exact Line up With the pip/12o'clock. ( You will find some places line up better than other's) Also I was only able to do this with my watch as it did not have numerals only the dashes/increments. Mine is now "almost" perfect. You would not spot it unless you knew to look for it! I hope this helps.
