Hi guys,

I'm a first-timer on your great Breitling forum. I just drop my question and would appriciate any help. I'm looking for a dial of a Breitling Bullhead ref. 2117 chronomatic, the blue version. I have the dial of a handwinder in my chrono-matic, so that's not right. So maybe some hints on how to get the right dial? I know it won't be easy, but I'll try anyways..

Thanks a lot.

Best regards,
Jacco (from the Netherlands)

welcome to the forum, Jacco, but ....
sorry to say, that is by far the smallest issue here.
all hands are incorrect as is the date wheel.

That's a beautiful picture and those are beautiful bullheads! I noticed that your blue 'stunner' doesn't have chronomatic on the dial either? I suppose that the hands and datedisc are impossible to find. If you have any suggestions, please let me know.. The movement is correctly marked, a nice caliber 11.

the "blue stunner" is a manual wind ;) note the different crown positions ;)

hands are not such a huge issue, date disks are hard.
cal. 11 is not really correct for the Pult as these were long gone when it was announced, but that is minor here.

Black datedisk for date at 6 + those hands ... Jacco, I suspect that your watch would have been assembled from an unused NOS 2117 case + a manual wind dial + the cal 11 + handset of a Hamilton Chrono-Matic .
As Fred says finding the right handset is possible .
For the datedisk it is very difficult and I am pretty sure that many Pult projects are blocked because lacking datedisk . Maybe the best solution would be to gather orders and launch a batch of datedisk reprint using date at 6 disks which are not hard to find .
