Thanks aleister! The price really was too good to resist, and in the end I just told myself to forget that I had already told myself not to buy a watch this month.

Today I also bought a custom strap for my B&R on ebay, and decided that my next Breitling (whenever it arrives) should be a Navitimer. Just as well I don't have a wife or dependents!

Since I haven't posted any photos on this site yet, I think next week it will be time to break out the camera and take some SOTC pics.

Congratulations Otto.

I'm OK with you ignoring my suggestions - just looking forward to gloating a few months down the road when you tell us that the Pilot has been joined by one of it's siblings

Can't wait to see the pix, Otto -- even if I have to look at
them through tears of envy. Just kidding. I'd really
like to pull the trigger on an IWC, but with our economy
like it is... :? :? can't think about another watch right now.
But later...who knows.

Steve
