Hi everyone,
I am new to vintage breitling. Just wanna learn more about it.

For my guide is the watch a franken. As i use the beadcount method from the below website

http://www.vintage-breitling.com/?page_id=142 and find that the ebay watch has too few beadcounts for its era.

Do advise. Thank you so much friends.

Link is as below

The guide you are using refers to models that are earlier than the auction model you are looking it. These are referred to as "beads of rice" - little round dots. Your bezel, along with the white subdials, shows the watch is from a later period than rice-bezeled versions. Perhaps there is a serial number inside the case back? You can get a year of manufacture from that.

do you not expect WOG/BOG marking in '67 still?

67 would be transitional (I thought) between WOG and nothing

but more importantly , I believe the dial has been relumed, well done but still relumed
