My name is Johannes and I live in Germany. My dad gave me this watch as a present for my 30. birthday. I don't know anything about it. I think it's from the 50s, the bezel is a bit special, the diameter is 32/33 mm, the case is gilded.

Can anybody tell me, what watch it is (serial nr., build year, ...)

The watch has all the appearances of a genuine Breitling circa 1952-54. There's a six digit serial number inside the back cover which will indicate the date of manufacture. Depending on the date it may or may not have a signed crown. Looks like a nice piece.

Ist die 1100/22 die Referenznummer? Ich finde bei Google nämlich garnichts dazu.

Mir ist noch aufgefallen, dass die Indexe im Katalog etwas kürzer und der Schriftzug in Schreibschrift ist...?

Ja, 1100/22 ist die Referenznummer. Die Seriennummer steht im Innerem des Deckels.
Die nicht Chronographen sind von Breitling schlecht bzw nur sehr lückenhaft dokumentiert.
Kleinere Abweichungen gibt es des öfteren. Der Schriftzug ist normalerweise in dieser Zeit in Blockbuchstaben wie bei dir. Gibt es aber auch noch in Schreibschrift Modell Datora mit Kalender.
Wichtig ist das B aufgesetzt in Gold.
Die Gehäuseform ist auch wie im Katalog.
Das genau Alter wie gesagt im Deckelinneren.
