Breitling 3-hands aren't well documented and there is no collector's base concentrating on them.
Richter quotes several similar and very ref. numbers:
2900/29, manual wind, central second, round case
2905/29, manual wind, central second, round case
2906//29, manual wind, central second, round case

no, it actually might be ok, but unconfirmed by available documentation.
if you can post a pic of the inside caseback we will see if there is a correct serial number

without shot from the inside caseback and serial number no verification is possible

That's so fake it's not funny. I'll bet you won't find a serial number on the caseback. Breitling/Swiss Made on the dial is too dark, no signed crown and for the period it's trying to represent it would have one, shape of the caseback is like nothing I've ever seen on a Breitling. The first warning sign should have been it's being sold in Italy, almost as bad as South America.

did a quick check on other 2910 29, no similarities. caseback will tell.

The number i the caseback is 1012903. The pic. is to big file for add in here.

correct format for 1966 (hands would fit that too).
