Hi! Just bought this SA but notices that the chrono isnt as smooth as I thought. Is it just me or should I be worried?

No. A slight jerky movement as in this video is perfectly normal for a mechanical watch. I think the beat rate of this movement is 28,800 bph, that means that the sec hand moves in 8 small steps per sec, thus you can see those steps if you look close. The idea that the seconds hand runs smooth on a 'real' watch is a complete myth.
