Hi all, was looking in a local second hand jewelers that always has a number of nice watches including a few Breitlings from time to time. Today they had this and although it was of no interest to me, as I don't buy gold case watches, I thought it would make a good discussion here so took a few pics for you all!!

Fake. There was no ref. 34 and even if it were a ref. 734, it would be a 3 register watch and not a 2 as this is. No serial number and dial font is wrong. I would pass...
