For those of you who know this watch or have been looking for one, you will know this is a rare sale! Seldom seen on the resale market!
From one Oris fan and collector to another, I am putting this Oris Chronoris GP 70 LE up for sale.
This is the Limited Edition of 1970 pieces released by Oris, and was completely sold out upon launch.

A very cool piece, and in my view an iconic and collector's watch. I bought it from a Collector who kept it in a Safe and I myself never wore it. I can only see some light scuff marks on the clasp, which must be from the trying and wearing to admire. Please excuse the dust and fingerprint marks.
Full set with complete box, leather case, papers/certificate, tags etc. And of course the racing gloves! MSRP for this piece is $3995.

I paid quite high for this as this was practically an unworn/LNIB piece and a complete set. I don't think there are many LNIB pieces around, and even if there are, many collectors are not willing to sell them.

This is a very rare opportunity for someone here to grab this piece in mint condition.

My price $2550 nett takes it all - Free tracked shipping to CONUS/Canada included - Please email me for faster response.
Wire transfer also accepted as payment option.

I have plenty of excellent references on WUS (handle achilles).

Thanks,
Albert

From Oris press release :
It may look every inch the retro 70s classic, but the new
Limited Edition Chronoris is packed with modern features,
just like a current F1 car. The tachymeter scale on the dial
ring, the chronograph function and the date display remain:
classic and unchanged.

But this version has more power. A new movement with
small second and hour counter, a larger case (42.50mm
compared with the 40mm of its orange cousin) and two
chronograph displays on the dial – including a ten minute
countdown – appear this time in British Racing Green.

The new Chronoris also boasts a centralised second time
zone, symbolised by the arrow hand. It’s something they
could only have dreamed about 30 years ago!

“Chronoris Grand Prix’70”
Ø 42.50mm
Ref. 677 7619 41 54 LS
• Mechanical automatic movement with stop watch function. Centralised
hour and minute display. Small second display at 9 o’clock.
Decentralised minute and hour counters, centralised second counter.
Second time zone displayed from the centre. Date display at 6 o’clock.
• Two piece black/green dial with applied indices. Polished nickel hands
with luminous inlay.
• Multi-piece stainless steel case. Screwed case back with mineral
glass. Sapphire glass domed on both sides with inner anti-reflective
coating.
• Stainless steel Quick Lock Crown and pushers.
• Black leather strap with green side detail and stainless steel clasp.

This is one beautiful Chronograph that I had always longed for since it's release and am still on the fence to sell. Released for Baselworld 2013, this TAG Heuer Carrera is based on the well known Calibre 16 model, though with a number of technical enhancements, including the automatic Calibre 1887 movement, a ceramic bezel, and an impressive H-shaped stainless steel bracelet. Also featuring a superb sapphire exhibition caseback.

Bought just over a month ago direct from US Authorized Dealer. Card has been stamped and dated by the AD. 2 years warranty from TAG. Though I love this watch and will be happy to keep in my collection, I have my Grail in sight now, so letting this one go. Though I have a strong feeling I am gonna regret this sale later.

Complete set. Bracelet has been sized by AD but never worn. Upon my purchase, I switched it immediately to a brand new Di-Modell Jumbo leather strap with white stitch (looks absolutely gorgeous, shown in pictures), and wore it a few times to functions. So watch is in 100% condition, with all the tags, stickers etc. I am a careful wearer and tend to baby my watch, so condition will likewise show as such. Not a single mark on case, back, bezel, crystal. (Do excuse any fingerprint marks on some of the photos.)

The view of the in-house 1887 movement through the sapphire caseback is a visual treat. TAG's first in-house column wheel movement. The front dial with the Anthracite sun-ray effect is really captivating and has to be seen in person to appreciate.

I will let it go at $3350 nett to me, Express shipping to CONUS/Canada included. To sweeten this sale, I will include the Di-Modell strap and you can switch between the bracelet and strap according to your preference. This is a pretty good deal for an almost new watch with AD stamped papers and TAG warranty. Have multiple references on WUS (handle achilles), so deal with confidence.

Wire transfer also accepted as payment options.

Thanks,
Albert

Multiple threads merged, please read and follow the rules.

I am also a little confused as to what your WUS username is as you claim that it is both 'achilles' and the same as here.

Don't be confused. I am always reachable via PM or email.

'ajustin17' got created when I was using Tapatalk on my mobile device as 'ajustin17' is my Tapatalk id.
But my id on forums is usually 'achilles' and that is always my preference.

So before my first posting, I tried to rectify by creating 'achilles' id and then later intending to request the Mod to remove 'ajustin17'.
But your activation email never came for more than a day, and multiple emails to you bounced back. Seeing a tardy response from whoever the Mod is, I went ahead and created my first thread using 'ajustin17'. If given the choice now, I will prefer to use my usual id that is 'achilles' and remove 'ajustin17'.

As for the threads merging, I was never used to multiple watches being posted in 1 listing. Never been the case with all the major forums I frequent. I always thought it is very odd and confusing for people to search for what they are looking, and it messes up the thread considerably.

Upon taking a closer look now, I can see that many people have been similarly confused. But well that happens to be your rule.

Albert

No PMs or emails sent to me. If you don't like the site owner's sales rules then feel free to not sell here - he won't mind!

There is also no user ID in the database for 'achilles', but you will note that the rules also require members to have only account.

Of course not to you, else you will know what is happening here. But thanks for checking anyway.

The activation email finally came late last night, so I will follow up with the Mod about the switching. I am well aware of the one account/id rule, which is no different to all the other forums.

Not sure what you are saying here or who you are saying to, but I suggest let's not deviate from the theme of this forum here which is 'Buy/Sell/Trade'. :uplaugh:
