I got the new Navitimer Cosmonout (replaced the ugly rubber bracelet of course).
The dealer told me that if I keep the chrono running 24/7 , I might bring the watch for service in 2 years. If I will use the chrono (rarely) I might bring it back in 5 years for service.
Is this correct ?

No.

Running the chronograph will cause marginally more wear but service intervals are generally driven by aging of the oils which is predictable and consistent regardless of use. The watch will need servicing every 5 - 7 years.

The dealer should have told you to bring it back after 2 and 4 years for the water resistance check to keep it in warranty.

Tell the dealer that little knowledge is dangerous.
