Hello, I'm very curious if this watch is real or fake, i've been looking around for some similar watches but with no succes. Here's some pictures of it. I have a strong hunch that the watch is fake.

I think at least - I've had egg on my face with very strange early 80s Quartz pieces before :oops:

the Sicura-type caseback made me hesitate, René. why would any sane faker replicate that ?

Is there any way to know for sure if it's fake or real? It was my uncles, and he gave it to my father and now my father passed it on to me. I've been looking on replica websites but havn't been able to find my model.

I looked at the caseback first which looks surprisingly close. The rest is junk, faux chrono dial layout with the interesting addition of month in the date window. Bezel is creative but not even Breitling would do that.
