A friend of mine took this in for service. It's a 1966 806, gold plated with orange outlined 10 on dial and slide rule. The customer claims that Breitling offered to buy it from her years ago for a crazy amount of money. She also claims another watchmaker stated it was worth $18,000. I'm no expert but isn't this more in the $4-5K range at best? This is the only pic I have available at present. Any thoughts? Thanks :D Image

Probably more in the 2.5 - 3 K range.
