Hi all.
Been mulling over a 7806 that is in mint condition, bar the lume markers being very dark and quite fugly.

which is a pity, as the rest of it presents very well.

As I seem to be unable to find any mint condition examples, what are your thoughts on having the lume plots refinished? Assume hands too, so as to match.

I wouldn't touch the lume mate, that would immediately make the watch loose value drastically. The current thinking is bad lume is better than a relume, so keep as is! Offcourse if collectability is not important and u just won't wear it the way the lume currently is, then you might have a good reason to relume. Post some pics!

I think you could do better for less money. Why not put an ask out on the Wanted board and see if anyone has any 806s to offer?

Hard to find anything in my neck of the woods.

That being said, I'm in London now, so if anyone has any leads for me I'd sure appreciate the tips!
