I think the back you refer to is the sales sticker as this is NOS.
Perhaps some of the more informed can verify this?

It is NOS.

Also, it a "1960's watch", not a "1960" watch.

This piece was part of a group of watches manufactured in the mid 70's and sold by Old World Jewelery that were found in safes put there at the end of the Breitling company going out of business. They were later bought and sold off by said company years later and are easily recognized by the stickers on the backs of the watches.
