And just to assist you further. This is one of many MANY examples of what a good sales thread may look like -

If you're serious about selling on here, taking literally a few minutes to write a decent sales thread is time well spent, as I'm sorry to say no-one in their right mind will wire you $4300 on the basis of the information you've provided thus far.

Also, as a new member with no history here, I would recommend putting a piece of paper with your screen-name and the date on it in any picture of the watch you may which to load up, as this proves the watch is in your possession.
