It seems that the Breitling Skyland comes in 2 different ways; the numbers on the face seem to come in either white or polished. Is there a difference in model #'s, or price, or year they were made?

Technically the Avenger Skyland was only available with white numbers and produced from 2007 - 2009. When it changed to polished numbers in 2010 it was renamed to just Avenger. Model number is the same and it is essentially the same watch.

Not necessarily. Value is based on condition, service history, strap or bracelet, etc. Well looked after these watches will last for well over 100 years, 1 year newer or older makes little difference.
