I've not yet got my head around the older models. I don't see identical in Richter, but very similar and hand styles match, - but probably fake. The "pulsations" and "antimagnetic" I think wrong? Case looks non Breitling...

It looks like one of those watches with a horrible crystal that will make a big jump in appearance with a change. Dial has some damage but nothing terrible. Not running, now, but repairable I assume. Might have a punt. Only concern would be size - if it's tiny I will likely not wear it, so I will check on dimensions.
