should be outside, but these often fade, so you need better pics, 69-70 I'd say.
u should get movement pics if interested, though these are rarely frankenized.
around 2k is fair for a nice piece

Looks like the crowns not signed. There were a lot of 2110 cases floating around about 10 years ago and it was common practice to find a Gruen, Elgin, or Kelek off brand to donate a movement. Always a good idea to temper your offer based upon not having a movement pic.
