what do you guys think of this watch? Looks like a nice watch, wondering if anything looks refinished on the dial?

thanks for your help! if this was an all original watch...what would the going price range be for one of these?

is 3100 a reasonable price if its all original? or are we reaching top of the pricing range at that point?
