Guys
I'm stumped. A desperate call for help. I put up a number of watches for sale, but one of them I cannot for the life of me, find the box & papers!

I've looked in every cupboard, under the bed,in the garage, in the attic, even in the car!

I thought I was being secure by secreting the b&ps somewhere but maybe I should have made a note of it's location!
Unless a tradesman had been in the house and took it....

Do you guys have ideas of places to stash your boxes that I've not covered?

Look at my signature. I have been an idiot to have lost a watch itself. The papers is just a matter of time before they disappear. My suggestions:

Office desk, drawers
File folders,
Along with replaced or removed links,
Storage boxes under the bed, loft,
Along with service bills or receipts

Do you have pictures of them? Not any great help though.

Thanks for the helpful hints guys, I'll methodically go thru the suggestions again. As I said, I thought I'd looked in every nook and cranny but now I'm starting to doubt myself!

Oh jeez, don't say that! Come to think of it, we did have a couple of clear outs this year but I don't think we were blindly tossing out boxes and bags without checking the contents?

I seem to recall leaving a box set at my mother's house one time, but I was sure I brought it home ! Hmm....
