It's real, produced by O&W after they bought parts / rights from Willy Breitling in 1978.

What do you guys feel about the price point of the watch; How rare are these pieces? Sorry for all the questions;

If you see them on ebay the asking prices are usually quite high but the reality is, if they do sell, they sell for much less because most lookers think they're just another Navitimer knock off. I've had a few of them and they're a quality piece every bit as good as a comparable Breitling Navitimer and maybe a little more exclusive.
