What are your thoughts on this Chrono-Matic 2111?

Movement is suspect. "Breitling" on the bridge seems to engraved later and "17 jewels..." is normally engraved at the other plate...

think I know the watch - a normally reliable seller, but fully agree w/ Phil, cal. 12 marking missing too, definitely refinished bridge.
