Hi guys! New member here - I'm a collector of sorts (Omegas) but haven't delved into the world of Breitling just yet! I've come across this watch which doesn't look quite right to me...

It's been described as a "Breitling Chronographe Certifie Hercules 2006" - this is not a model I'm familiar with and my research suggests that this watch (if real) should be in a case that is more similar to the Chronomats than the Navitimer...

Any thoughts on this watch? I'm thinking it's a fake.. Or "replica" as some may say ;)

Thanks in advance!!

I'm no expert by any means but looks to have pushers but no chronograph subdials.

Fake copy of a Navitimer Heritage.

This is it:
http://www.ebay.com.au/itm/Breitling-Ch ... 1409554737

Ebay Breitlings (and other luxury watches) from dead relatives are always fake.

+2 - "Bezel, sliderule, subdials, hands and caseback are incorrect. Watch has pushers but no chronograph."

Highly doubt that it will be removed, like most of fakes on ebay.com.au.

Thanks everyone!!

I figured that was the case - it didn't look quite right!

As I said my collection mostly consists of Omegas at the moment but I love the breitling look so I need to add one to my collection soon! :) any help in locating a nice navitimer or Olympus would be very welcome! :)

Fakes tend to not detail the back plate properly. Even the box looks like a cheap fake.
