My super avenger crono hands fells off the other day took it to the dealer to find on the warranty was for 2 years and "oh sorry" it's 2 years and 2 months old. I sent it into breitling to be fixed. My question is has anyone ever had a dial hand fall off? And has anyone every just been out of warranty but breitling still took care of it?

Hands are only push fit so they can come off, but it's usually caused by some kind of severe knock.

As for warranty coverage beyond the period, it's rare, but can happen in some circumstances, but I doubt that they would do it in this case because their assumption will be that the hands came off due to a knock to the watch.

That's a lot more than a regular service (assuming US$), what are they saying needs replacing?
