Sold for 300 Euro...

I doubt that it will be removed.
If they wanted, they had the whole week to do that.

Yeah, I doubt it too, but couldn't withstand making a comment about it.
Reported that they have done a marvelous job, by ignoring reports about it being fake, and that the new proud owner has paid 300 Euro for a 5 Euro watch.

Reporting can be frustrating job.
Ebay don't want to loose their fee and if they think that there is no scam involved, in many cases they won't remove the listing.
Of course, they are very hypocritical and allow blatant fakes to be sold.
On the other hand, they remove all possible scams when they are reported with details.
EMR members have 1000 characters to report, so it's much easier to explain than in normal 100 characters which I find ridiculously low.

And yet the EMR program was never expanded globally which is ludicrous.

EMR seems to be Ebay's version of the Freemasons. You're invited to join for some mysterious reason and you're not supposed to talk about it publicly once you've joined. I don't know if it has much sway but the 1000 charactater report description is very useful
