What are people's opinions on this? The crown appears wrong on it? and the left hand dial is wrong? This is the only photo as well

£20,000's worth of watch for 99p start?!?!

Looks like a fake to me; wrong subdials, crown, and (small) hour markers at 3, 6, and 9 o'clock which don't belong there.
