Franken at best - movement is the only part that might be Breitling.

Aactually the ref 9122 is an authentic Breitling even though a bit odd looking. I think this one has had some dial work with the 'Premier' added as most others online appear to say '17 jewels'.

Looks that way. Too many out there for it to be a fake. Most likely a case of Breitling buying any cases they could find before selling out to Sicura.
