Saw this nice Cosmo dialled watch and credits to Bill Shaine where due. Any thoughts if the case looks polished(case back?) and if everything else looks correct?

rebrushed caseback
someone added the 3 minute counter lines on the subdial
possible relume ? , the '2' from the '20' looks really 'fat' but I cant see the lume well enough to make that call

Cheers Rene, missed that. Also noticed the the subdials are patinated in the middle but the borders appear whiter.
