That's a legitimate Wakmann. I've had a couple of Wakmann's with the same style AOPA logo. They appear to have used a couple of different style wing logo's on the Wakmann models and this is one of them. I've seen a couple of the black triple date chrono's with the AOPA logo, also Top Time's, and they did cockpit clocks with the AOPA logo. I think it's probably because the AOPA entered into a licensing agreement with Wakmann for use of the logo and Wakmann was the importer of Breitling's too so they had the right to use the logo on the Wakmann's also.

dial may be correct, but the watch is advertised as a "pre-Wakmann" Breitling Datora - fraudulent as always, to be expected from that seller. now relisted for ONLY $7.8k; delusional.
