I meant to say 'Maybe the white AOPA wing is driving up the price ?'

those are quite uncommon and maybe someone wants one really bad

I have no idea what's going on with some of these as to price. This one went for too much also.

Not sure if that $5.1k is surprising Fred ?

When I was in Japan 2006/2007 that was the going store rate for an all black 806 in better condition , I bought one then and questioned my own sanity

Now we're seeing those prices on Ebay 6/7 years later for lesser pieces but it doesnt surprise me for those all backs , now black/whites are a whole different story as they are everywhere and can be bought anywhere

this is what I got in Japan

Oh absolutely Fred, but that piece should easily bring 4500-5500 euro today If id sell it on ebay ? (6.5 -7.5k usd)

That reflects the difference in quality
