Franken. According to the Ranfft site the Valjoux 7765 was only used between 1983-1998. The serial number inside the back cover (if it's a Breitling serial number) is from 1964. The hands also look like much later than the early 1960's. The lack of a reference number is concerning too since it should be there if indeed the case started life as a Breitling (I don't think so). Someone has done a little creative reengineering methinks.
