Hi All,

It's been quite some time since I last posted. Looking to get advice from my fellow Breitling enthusiasts.

I have the opportunity to get another Breitling. I currently have a Chronomat Black Eye Blue on a pilot bracelet and black calf strap. I also have a Panerai PAM0111 with a dark brown croc and brown suede straps.

What Breitling would make a good addition to my collection? I am limited in budget to under $7000 retail. I am drawn to the Navitimer World in black or white dial. I am also considering one of the Avengers, maybe the sea wolf in black. What do you think is a "must have" Breitling under $7000? The avengers are close to the style of the BEB. The Navitimer is iconic and different from what I have, but on the higher end of what I want to spend. What is your recommendation???

Thanks in advance for your input.

Transocean chrono is a great suggestion, however maybe a touch out of my range. Any in house movements under $7000?

The least expensive in-house movement is found in the transocean chrono and the Monbtrillant 01. Both of which are in the $7k range for the head alone. This might be a good option for you if you have straps you can use.

Navitimer 01. Classic Breitling IMHO. You can get preowned for under $7000 limited editions.

Thank you for the feedback. The Navi world is the definite front runner.

Now.... Black dial or White? Both look awesome and I am leaning more towards one....

usmc93 has a beautiful Navitimer 01 LE with a white dial and bracelet in the classified (the thumbnail pics are wrong from thread merge problem). Very classy. I have a black dialed one and love it!

White was my choice, love it! White will go with any leather strap and the bracelet too. Very classy.

I am going with the Navi World black dial. Now for straps.... what is a KILLER combo? I already have a black calf on tang for my chronomat beb.

Pictures are welcome :)

Just so you know, your chronomat strap won't fit, the world has a 24mm lug width. I agree with matt, black croc always looks awesome! Although on Navi models, the classic calf always seems to go just right. You can always do a dark brown strap too. I like black faced watches with a dark brown strap.
