not steel but base metal, hands might be replacement, but watch looks basically correct to me.

Thanks for the response Fred, much appreciated. What are your thoughts on it? Is it worth making a run at it. I'm a total amateur when it comes to Breitlings.

worth if you like it, seller might accept a reasonable price - not a bad start.
but is it a 3-hand you are looking for, or is it a chronograph ?

Definitely a chronograph. Just haven't been able to find a decent one at a good price range.

I love the old weathered, patina look.. So it doesn't have to be of perfect quality. I just don't want to get ripped off with buying a fake
