But...... It looks to me like the AR coating has been removed.
There shouldn't be "white" reflection on breitling crystal, only purple blue

Ok strange, could it be because of the angle of the picture, or because its taken outside or a combination ?

AR coating should not be removable should it ?

It's very removable.

Here is my world under direct sun, the glass has a purple tint.

Google is your friend here. "remove ar coating breitling"

Plenty of people have removed the ar coating, saying it isn't very durable and shows up scratches. However I have worn my navi every single day since purchase around 3months ago and not a single mark so cannot agree.

As far as removing, it seems fairly straight forward with a polish treated cloth but haven't looked into it to be certain.
