First let me say hi and what a great site.

Well it's my time and the wife will be getting me a birthday gift this year. She asked what....and i said Breitling.

I'm interested in the navitimer like this one

http://www.breitlingsource.com/phpBB2/v ... php?t=4090 or the one that shows the actual numbers around the clock (beautiful watch by the way) to the owner, i hope it's ok using this link.

I'm trying to figure out the actual price and what can i expect for a reasonable discount. I want to get it at a fair price and not get fleeced.

Thanks for any and all help
Peter

What you are looking for is a Black Dial Navitimer on black croc with deployant buckle. US MSRP is $5745 There is also a Navitimer World edition that is 46mm versus the 41.8mm. The World with croc and deployant is $6120.

In2deep, do you know what kind of discount i can expect from a dealer or online vender. 10%??? 20-30???

I just don't know what to expect. I never pay MSRP and I'm very green when it comes to Breitling as you can see.

Thx,
Peter

Good luck with finding the Navitimer that you like best. I tried on a Navitimer World this weekend with the croco strap and deployant, such a nice fit. The Navitimer looks great on either the leather strap or SS bracelet. Welcome to the site and I'm sure your Birthday gift will be a pleasantly expected one. Post some pictures of your Birthday present when you get it. Take In2Deep's advice to avoid getting fleeced. This forum really is a great place. Take care!

Ah yes, Peter I didn't even notice you were in Toronto. Roff's got your back on this one. It's way easier than shipping to Canada ;)
