pics are much too small to say anything relevant about condition, though I see no reason to believe it would be franken.

make sure the crown is correct, these are tough to replace and I can't tell from the pics.

not, just ask the seller to confirm it has a signed crown & get the diameter.

bezel was apparently damaged, so somebody reduced the black paint altogether, so this one's a no for this price, though the dial is nicer.

The bezel of the first one seems to be processed through a turning machine (hope this is comprehensive?), scalering is fading, crown seems to be too small (no big deal).

The bezel of the second one seems to be polished.
