Authentic dial, not really possible to say too much more. To say whether it is correct we would need to see a clear shot of the dial, movement and inside and outside of the caseback.

Well, the dial is actually not authentic, it's a brand new Breitling factory replacement dial. Since it's made by Breitling one can obviously say that it is authentic, but it's not original to the watch, and not vintage at all.
