Fred It is a vintage Seiko Quartz. I bought 5 vintage Disney watches for $9.00. 3 are quartz and 2 have swiss movements. I put new batteries in the quartz watches. and they work. The 2 swiss movements are questionable. One needs a crown and the other when I wind it and it goes at warp speed.

It cost more for the batteries than it did for the watches!
