Given your apparent disdain for Breitling at the moment I am amazed that you would even consider wearing their advertising!

Your wife is right!

The watch is so pretty, how can I stay angry at it for long? Plus my "disdain" is directed more at the AD than at Breitling. At the end of the day, I bought into the brand, I think that says it all.

The Breitling hats, and most of the clothing, is a little like having a neon sign turned on that blinks. A little to 'in your face' for my taste. I'd wear a Breitling hat regularly (since I'm a hat wearer) if it was more discreet and maybe had the Breitling wings no more than 2" wide on it. I understand it's all about advertising and getting noticed but, seriously, some of their stuff leaves a lot to be desired.

Two inch wide logo?!? Don't Breitling make watches with bigger logos on than that?

There is nothing subtle about this hat. It is pretty much a Breitling logo with a peak on it. Logo must be 5 inches wide. And then it says BREITLING all the way down the left side just in case anyone didn't recognise the logo.

The hats seemed like a good idea but i've never gotten around to wearing any of mine. Wrong style for me and too flashy.

Don't feel bad. I'm thinking about making a Breitling hoodie, mainly because I don't think they make swag for "bigger" guys. I need an xxl.

Not silk! A delightful pink cotton. Once I wore them under jeans with a Breitling T, Breitling bomber jacket, a Breitling cap, while carrying a Breitling umbrella in one hand and brandishing a Breitling knife in the other. I might have been chewing some Breitling chocolates at the same time.

I wear my hat, tshirt, sweatshirt, I could care less what people think, I have 9 breitlings I love the brand and let people know it. If they have a problem with that then look the other way.

To me it's much like driving a Ferrari and wearing their clothing/hats, all way too much in your face like for my taste. I would rather come out of it in jeans and wearing my old beat up lions cap.

Lmao, this thread came at the right time. I just got my Ling gift in the mail I so anxiously awaited. I looked at the box and said WOOHOO it's from BUSA to the wifey. I took out the hat, and she immediately said "you're not actually going to wear that out are you?" Lol, I said why not... To flashy? She just looked at me... Lol!
