Never seen a Breitling of this era with blue anodized screw heads in the movement.

Nothing exotic, those blue screws are used on Valjoux 7740 and Chrono-Matic cal 11, 12, 14 and 15 to assemble the chrono plate on the hour module .

Those NOS 7808 were available a couple of years ago from Oldworldjewellers , as well as Pults and Sprints . The last available versions were the 7102 with a 7740 . Many of those were bought as donors for sourcing an affordable 7740, just see all the NOS case + dial kits offered on ebay .

Do you have any idea of the selling price Old World Jewelers charged for the 7808's.

Only remember that 3 years ago , the last 7101 -7102-7103 were around 1100$
