I bought this watch from an AD 4/26/2012. It's closer to near mint condition with no visible scratches to the case and not even a scuff on the crystal. But the SS band shows wear because I wore that for majority of the time.
Watch comes with OEM SS band, Original Black leather strap AND OEM Orange rubber.
Watch is still under warranty!
