Notify Breitling with the serial # information. I went into the NYC boutique to get a pre-owned serviced and inquired about this very thing (being the new owner). They told me all the old owners data is removed from the "servicing computer" and mine is put in its place. UNLESS, the old owner reported it stolen at which point they would see notes attached and take necessary action.
