As I said earlier you can wind it as much as you want, it won't break it.

Just keep going until it comes back to 1.

The watch keeps running!

That's what you did this morning when the watch had stopped and it started working again so you know that winding the watch works.

But this morning I didnt wind the watch 40 times. I just set the time and put it on for a couple minutes. I didnt even know what winding is until now.

I got a hold of pretty much everything except one thing. How do make the time match the automatic thingy there at the bottom which is at 12 right now?!

Well wind the watch like I told you and trust that it works.

The automatic thingy at the bottom is a separate subdial for the chronograph (stop watch). It's not supposed to be the same as the time and given your comfort level with this watch I would ignore the chronograph for now.

I did wind the watch just now but how do I know how many times I did it if there is no indicator? Is it just by feeling?

Does that separate subdial stay at 12? Because it moves with the time which is why I assumed they are connected.

Btw I just wanna thank you for helping me. I'm pretty sure my uncle doesnt even know more than half these things so I'll pass it along to him as well

1) I generally count how many times I wind it, but as I have said, you cannot overwind so just keep going - start again and count to 40 if you want.

2) If the indicator at is running then that means that the chronograph is also running - it is different from the time. If I were you I would just leave it alone for now.

Wait, I dont think youre understanding me. How am I supposed to know its 40 times?? What indicates that I winded the watch once?

And we're both talking about the circular thing on the bottom, correct? There are 3 curcular thingies. One on top which always stays the same, one on the left and one on the bottom. I'm trying to figure out what the bottom one does.

40 times as in 40 hand motions, or 50, or 60, or 100 - however many you want.

The subdial at 12 o'clock is for chronograph minutes and should move once per minute. The one at 6 o'clock is for chronograph hours. The one at 9 o'clock is for running seconds. The central seconds hand is actually for the chronograph, not regular time. If you don't want the chronograph to run then press the top pusher (above the crown) hard enough to stop the central seconds hand and then press the bottom pusher to return everything to zero - 12 o'clock and 6 o'clock hands point straight up and central seconds hand points straight up and stops moving.

The subdial at 12 o'clock never moves so that confuses me...

I know if i press the top pusher the central seconds stops, and then when I press the bottom pusher it resets back to 12, but the subdials at 9 and 6 keep moving.

The 12 oclock subdial never moves though as I said...

Well, more fool me, I guess that I should have looked a bit more carefully at the pictures. Let's get confirmation, but looking more closely at those pictures, and based on that information - this appears to be the 'quality' fake Super Avenger.

Anyone else agree?

I highly highly doubt that but anythings possible. What make u think its fake? The 12 oclock subdial never moving?

Also where can I authenticate it? At an AD?

Let's see what people here say - the expert view will be all that you need.

The subdial behaviour is wrong, but looking at the photos more closely I also see some other issues, the bezel markings, the date window, maybe also the date font. The better SA fake is fairly good, but there are people here who will know for sure. I'm going to move this to another section and edit the first post to get it some more attention.
